Job Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our team. As a member of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations in the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Bartenders - experience required, drinking on job prohibited, small bar plus restaurant - beer wine and liquor.
Servers - experience required, neat appearance - semi-uniform in evening, prompt and courteous service, cool under pressure, Toast a plus, team player
Line cook - experience required - grill, griddle, fry and sauté, busy scratch cook kitchen, must understand hygiene, team player - mostly night shifts, some day shifts
Bakers - experience desired, must understand fundamentals of cake and pie making, cookies, bread, other bakery staples, artistic sense, willingness to co-operate with chef is necessary.
Maintenance - cleaning and small repairs, landscaping, snow shoveling, trash area mgmnt, power washing, security, much miscellany.
Host - use iPad type device to manage reservations, seat people, assist servers when necessary, control flow of customers in co-ordination with kitchen, FRIENDLY, Unflappable
Dishwasher - this is where people start in our business. The work is hard but not brutal. The disher is the backbone of the business - everything depends on them. "Cleanliness is next to Godliness." Dishers get breaks and a free meal, protective gear, lots of thanks.
